SOMFY GLYDEA ULTRA is a premium electric curtain solution offering exceptionally quiet operation. The acoustic noise level is below 38 dBA when used with quiet curtain rails. Somfy Glydea Ultra is one of the quietest motors on the market.

This discreet automation solution ensures gentle, smooth curtain movement and high pulling power, even for curtains weighing up to 60 kg. The maximum curtain rail length is 15 m.

Control your curtains in the way that suits you best – open and close them using a wall switch or remote control, set a timer, or operate them via computer, smartphone or even voice commands using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. You can also open or close the curtains manually in the event of a power cut.

Somfy Movelite can operate curtains up to 10 m wide and weighing up to 35 kg, opening either to one side or from the centre. You can also open or close the curtains manually in the event of a power cut.

VAKO ELECTRIC CURTAIN RAILS – when flexibility matters

VAKO curtain rails are minimalist aluminium rails designed for both manual and electric curtain operation. Quiet and smooth curtain movement provides greater comfort, making this solution ideal for bedrooms, living rooms and other relaxation areas.

VAKO rails designed for motorisation can be fitted with different electric motors, including wired SOMFY motors or rechargeable Motionblinds motors. If a power supply is available near the window, you can choose a wired solution, such as a Somfy motor. If there is no power supply nearby, we can offer a rechargeable Motionblinds motor.

This means electric curtains can also be installed in an already finished home without the need to run additional electrical wiring to the window.

A distinctive feature of VAKO electric curtain rails is the option to choose a white or black rail.
