Fire-Rated doors

In the standard configuration, the door closes by means of a gravity-operated counterweight. It can be held open by an electromagnetic hold-open device connected to the building’s fire alarm system. When the fire alarm is activated, the hold-open device is released, allowing the door to close automatically and compartmentalise the fire zones.
The door can also be operated manually. An electric operator is available as an option for automatic opening and closing. A counterweight-free version is also available.
Types of Fire Doors
Sliding to one side
- Sliding doors can be optionally equipped with a personnel door.
- As standard, the personnel door is equipped with a lock, double-sided door handles, and spring-loaded hinges.
- The door leaf is filled with modified A1-class fire-resistant mineral wool and reinforced with internal steel bars.
Sliding to both sides
- Sliding doors are available with an optional personnel door.
- As standard, the personnel door is equipped with a lock, double-sided door handles, and spring-loaded hinges.
- The door leaf is filled with modified A1-class fire-resistant mineral wool and reinforced with internal steel bars.
Telescopic lift doors
- Galvanized steel door frame.
- The door leaf is constructed from steel sheets filled with mineral wool.
- Steel sheet thickness: 0.5–0.7 mm
- Door leaf thickness: 60 mm (EI60), 100 mm (EI120).
- Door weight: 30–35 kg/m² (EI60), 40–45 kg/m² (EI120).
Vertical-Lift doors
- These doors are designed for industrial and warehouse facilities, as well as cultural venues such as theatres and opera houses.
- An ideal solution for closing wall openings where installation is only possible above the opening.
Fire Curtain
- The door closes only in the event of a fire or during maintenance.
- They are not intended for regular operation.
