Fabrics

Our roof window blind fabric collection offers a wide selection of colours, patterns and textures to suit any interior. If you’re creating a bedroom in your attic, we recommend Blackout fabrics, which provide complete room darkening for a restful night’s sleep. For home offices or workspaces, light-filtering fabrics are an excellent choice, as they gently diffuse natural daylight, reduce glare and create comfortable working conditions without making the room too dark.

Roof window blind systems are available in white, grey and beige.

Solar Reflective Fabrics

Solar reflective fabrics feature an aluminium backing or a special PERLEX® coating that reflects solar radiation, reducing heat gain and helping to keep rooms cooler during sunny days. This improves indoor comfort while lowering air conditioning costs.

Blackout Fabrics

Blackout fabrics are completely opaque thanks to their special multi-layer polyester coating, blocking virtually all incoming light. Once the blind is closed, the room becomes as dark as night. They are the perfect choice for bedrooms, children’s rooms, home cinemas, photography studios or any space where complete darkness is required.

These fabrics belong to our functional fabric collection and offer 0% light transmission.

Screen Fabrics

Screen fabrics block harmful UV rays while allowing natural daylight to enter the room. They help protect furniture from fading, reduce cooling costs and minimise glare on computer and TV screens, making them ideal for offices, home workspaces and media rooms.

The mesh-like fabric is woven from fibreglass yarns and PVC, making it highly durable, easy to maintain and long-lasting.

Choose from fabrics with different openness factors:

1%, 3%, 5% or 10%.

Operation

Roof window blinds are operated using an ergonomic handle, allowing you to easily position the blind for maximum blackout or natural daylight.

The spring-assisted mechanism keeps the fabric perfectly tensioned, while the side guide rails ensure smooth movement and excellent fabric stability.

The blind fabric rolls onto a 20 mm diameter tube.

Operation with a Telescopic Pole

For higher roof windows, a telescopic operating pole is available.

Suitable for installation heights up to 2.5 metres.
