Docking systems

Dock shelter
The dock shelter with a pitched roof consists of a robust frame structure fitted with a set of durable fabric curtains. The flexible construction allows the shelter to adapt to the dimensions of the vehicle during docking. Once the truck departs, the shelter automatically returns to its original position.
The dock shelter is quick and easy to install, while any damaged components can be replaced or repaired with minimal effort. It provides a safe, convenient, and efficient loading environment by protecting goods and personnel from adverse weather conditions during loading and unloading operations.
Dock house
Free-standing dock houses and dock shelters are custom-designed to meet each customer’s specific requirements. They enable faster installation of loading bays while improving the thermal insulation of the warehouse and increasing the building’s available storage capacity.
The free-standing structures provide excellent weather sealing, creating better working conditions and ensuring more efficient goods handling. Depending on the selected loading platform configuration, the dock house can be designed with either a triangular frame extension or a straight frame.
Two integrated side walkways allow personnel to safely pass through the tunnel without entering the loading area. The dock house system creates a secure connection between the building and the vehicle during loading and unloading operations.
For enhanced energy efficiency, the dock house can be equipped with optional insulated wall panels, improving the building’s thermal performance and reducing energy losses.
External frame for a dock leveler
A free-standing dock house (platform frame) structure designed to maximize the usable space inside the warehouse. By relocating the loading platform outside the building, it increases internal storage capacity while helping to minimize heat loss and improve the building’s overall thermal efficiency.
Dock leveler
A dock leveler is designed to bridge the gap between the loading dock and the vehicle, providing safe and efficient access for loading and unloading operations. The hinged lip extends onto the vehicle bed to ensure a smooth transition for forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Dock levelers are available in a variety of sizes, load capacities, and configurations to suit different operational requirements. They are manufactured in accordance with the latest European Standard EN 1398 and incorporate advanced safety features to ensure reliable and safe operation.
The standard dock leveler is designed for a nominal load capacity of 6 tonnes and can accommodate a maximum operating gradient of 12.5%.
Applications: warehouses, distribution centres, logistics facilities, the chemical industry, and light manufacturing.
Wheel guides
Truck wheel guides help drivers position their vehicles accurately and safely when approaching the loading dock. They reduce the risk of damage to the dock shelter, loading dock, and vehicles by ensuring correct alignment during docking.
Manufactured from durable steel, wheel guides improve docking efficiency, enhance operational safety, and protect loading dock equipment from accidental impacts.
Rubber dock bumpers
Extended rubber dock bumpers are designed to protect loading docks during vehicle docking operations. Built for durability and heavy-duty use, they provide reliable impact protection for both loading dock equipment and vehicles, reducing the risk of damage during loading and unloading.
